Lunaoch is a small scarf catalog from VerveBox LLC, organization number 1504589, a Kentucky limited liability company. We sell lightweight scarves for everyday city wear. Tie one on a jacket, a shirt collar, or a bag strap. The pieces are accessories. They are not meant to replace a winter coat or a heavy wool shawl.
The shop is a narrow catalog, not a general clothing store. A scarf is an easy way to change a plain outfit without buying a new jacket. We keep the list short so a page can show the print you are actually buying, instead of a look borrowed from another brand.
Who it is for
The scarves are for days when a coat or a shirt needs a small accent. Use one at the neck, over a collar, or tied on a bag handle. They suit a commute, a weekend errand, or a trip where you want one piece that folds flat in a bag.
They also work as a light layer in an office, on a train, or between a warm car and a cool lobby. They are not workwear, rain gear, or a formal evening shawl. If you need a scarf to cover a set length of a coat, check the size on that product page before you order.
How to wear one
A square can be folded into a band and tied at the side of the neck, or folded once and laid under a coat collar. The same piece can wrap a bag handle if you want the print visible without wearing it. A brooch will hold a fold in place. A metal clip that bites the weave will not.
Do not knot the scarf so tight that the hem twists. Keep perfume, hair spray, and sunscreen off the cloth until they dry on skin. If you are matching a jacket you already own, look at the photos in daylight on your phone, then read the color note on the page. A screen and a dye lot can shift the color a little. That shift alone is not a defect.
What we sell
Lunaoch is a finished-scarf catalog. It is not a department store, not a fabric-by-the-yard counter, and not a custom embroidery desk. We do not take monogram orders, and we do not cut a scarf to a measurement you send us. We also do not sell the print as a yard of cloth.
Each listing is one scarf, with photos of that piece. The product page is where you will find the size, the fabric, and the care line. Read those lines if the scarf has to sit on a specific jacket. A title describes the scarf on that page. It is not a promise that the piece matches a photo from somewhere else.
Gifts
A scarf is easy to give because it folds flat and does not depend on a shoe size. If you are sending one as a gift, use the recipient’s street address at checkout and put a note in the order comments if you want the packing left plain. We do not gift-wrap, and we do not include a printed card unless the order page says so.
Color is the main choice. If the person already wears navy, brown, or a small print, start with a page that shows that kind of pattern. We cannot promise a match to a coat we have not seen.
How an order is packed
After payment clears, the order is packed and handed to a carrier for the street address you enter at checkout. We ship to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or addresses outside the United States. If checkout accepts an address we cannot serve, we may cancel that order and refund the merchandise.
The Lexington address on this site is the registered office and mailing address. It is not a showroom, a fitting room, or a pickup counter. You cannot collect an order there, and you cannot try a scarf on at that address.
Scarves are folded for the mail, not boxed like a coat. If the mailer arrives crushed, a thread is pulled, or the print is not the one you ordered, photograph the parcel and the scarf before you throw the packing away. Email the order number and those photos. We would rather see the packing than guess from a description.
Photos on the site
Photos are of the scarf on that page, laid flat or folded so the print can be seen. They are not studio shots of a different cloth. A phone screen can make a print look sharper, or a little warmer, than it looks on a table by a window. When two photos on the same page differ in warmth, use the written description as the spec.
We do not use a celebrity photo or a runway image as the product. If a picture looks unlike the title, email us before you order and we will tell you which listing it belongs to.
Care in short
Treat the scarf as light cloth. Wash according to the care line on the product page, and read that line before the first wash. Do not bleach. Do not wring. Lay it flat to dry, away from a heater vent. Fold or roll it for storage. A light weave can stretch if it hangs from one clip all season.
Returns
Email before you send a scarf back. We reply with approval and the return address. Do not drop a parcel at the Lexington office unless that email tells you to. A change-of-mind return needs to be unused and unwashed. Damage or the wrong print should be reported when you open the pack, with photos. The full rules are on the refund page.
