What we collect

At checkout we collect the name, email, phone, shipping address, and order notes you give us. If you open an account, we store the login email and a password set by the account system. Card numbers are handled by the checkout processor. We do not store full card numbers on this site. We also receive delivery scans from the carrier, and automatic data such as IP address, device, pages viewed, and cookies.

How we use it

We use this information to take payment, pack and ship the order, send tracking, handle a return, keep tax records, prevent fraud, and answer a message you send us. We do not use it to build a public profile of you. Marketing email goes out only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe in the email.

We share information with the host, payment processor, carrier, email provider, and security vendors, and with advisers or authorities when required. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and retention

Essential cookies run the cart and checkout. Analytics or advertising cookies can be blocked in the browser. Blocking essential cookies can stop checkout. We keep order and tax records for as long as the bookkeeping rules require, then delete or de-identify them when we no longer need them for that purpose.

Email service@lunaoch.shop to access, correct, or delete information where the law allows. Include the order number if you have one, so we can find the right file. The site is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we change this policy, the page will show a new date.
