A reply usually takes 1–2 weekdays. For a shipment or a return, put the order number in the subject line. For a damaged scarf or the wrong print, attach photos of the mailer and the cloth in the first message. We would rather see the packing than guess from a description.

What we can help with

We can look up an order, resend a tracking number, confirm a shipping address before the label is made, and start a return. We cannot hold a scarf for in-store pickup, and we cannot cut or monogram a piece. If checkout accepted an address we do not ship to, write us and we will cancel that order and refund the merchandise.
