This policy covers shipping for scarves sold on lunaoch.shop. The seller is VerveBox LLC, organization number 1504589, 3046 Bonanza Dr, Lexington, KY 40509, United States. Times on this page use Eastern Time.

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO, FPO, DPO, P.O. boxes, or addresses outside the United States. If checkout accepts an address we cannot serve, we may cancel that order and refund the merchandise.

Rates

A merchandise subtotal of $50.00 or more before tax ships free by standard service. Under $50.00, standard shipping is $4.99. Sales tax is added at checkout where it is required. The shipping charge is for delivery. It is not a rush fee.

Where the order ships from

After payment clears, the order is packed and handed to a carrier for the address you enter at checkout. The Lexington address is the registered office and mailing address. It is not a pickup counter. You cannot collect an order there.

Processing and delivery

After payment clears, packing usually starts within 1–3 weekdays. The cutoff is 2:00 PM ET, Monday – Friday, when that scarf is available to pack. Later orders, weekends, and U.S. federal holidays start the next weekday. We email the tracking number after the label is created. The first scan can come after that processing window.

After the first carrier scan, delivery to the contiguous United States is usually 3–8 weekdays. That is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Customs or a carrier delay can add time. A scarf is folded for the mail, not boxed like a coat.

Damage, the wrong item, or a loss

Email service@lunaoch.shop with the order number and photos, or call +1 (859) 255-4765 during the hours on the Contact page. Photograph the mailer and the scarf before you throw the packing away. After we review the photos, we replace or refund that line. If the carrier confirms a loss, email the order number. After we verify it, we replace or refund the merchandise.

For a tracking question, a crushed mailer, or the wrong print, email the order number. Attach photos of the parcel and the scarf if something arrived damaged. A reply usually takes 1–2 weekdays. Email is faster than a call.
