These terms cover use of lunaoch.shop and purchases made there. Lunaoch is a shop name. The contract is with VerveBox LLC, organization number 1504589, a Kentucky limited liability company. Registered office: 3046 Bonanza Dr, Lexington, KY 40509, United States. That address is not a store or a pickup counter.

Products and price

The listings are lightweight polyester scarves. Fiber, size, and weight are on the product page. A silk-like description means the finish, not the fiber. The material is not silk. Color and drape can vary a little from the photo because of the dye lot and your screen. That shift alone is not a defect.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may cancel an obvious price error and refund that line. A title describes the scarf on that page. It is not a promise that the piece matches a photo from another brand. We do not take custom cuts, monograms, or fabric-by-the-yard orders.

Shipping and returns

Shipping, delivery estimates, and returns are in the Shipping policy and the Refund policy. Those pages are part of these terms. We ship to street addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, P.O. boxes, or addresses outside the United States. The Lexington address is the registered office. It is not a pickup counter.

Liability and law

The site and products are provided as is, except where a statute says otherwise. Liability tied to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, except where a statute says otherwise. These terms follow Kentucky law, except where a mandatory consumer statute applies.
